Week 16 Check-In

Saturday-funday-long run day? Doesn’t quite have the same ring…

Due to Em’s schedule, we moved our long run up a day, which meant that I ran 30.8 miles this week, and that we ended up skipping two runs (whoops).

Our run actually went a lot better than the past few weeks. It was a little chilly, but it felt a easier than last week. I think us backing off the training a bit this week helped give our bodies time to recover before the run.

…It’s crazy that we only have one long run left before we start tapering!
