Now that I’m home from school, I don’t have a gym anymore, which has forced me to get crafty. Usually my gym at home has a special for college kids for the summer, but it didn’t make sense for me to pay for it if I’m only home for a short amount of time (especially since I’m comfortable running outside). Instead, I’ve been adding quick Youtube body weight workout videos to my routine, I focus mostly on abs and arms, because that tends to be what needs the most work now that I’m mostly running. Below I’ve compiled a few of my favorite videos!
